1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: You must request a return within 30 days from the date of receiving your order.
  • Condition: The item must be in new, unused, and resellable condition. It should be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and labels intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for returns, including:

    • Opened software or digital products
    • Clearance or final sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Products that have been damaged due to misuse or improper care

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) if your return request is approved. We will also provide you with a return shipping label, if applicable.
  3. Ship the Item Back: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging and include the RMA number. Ensure that the item is securely shipped back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return conditions. If the item is approved for a return, we will process your refund as follows:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider’s processing time.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in its original condition, has been opened or used, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

4. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different product, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a return, repair, or replacement depending on the issue. You may be asked to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.

  • Shipping Costs: For damaged or defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

6. Non-Refundable Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items). If your order qualified for free shipping but is returned, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item), the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items valued over AED 3999, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
